I read this book way back in 2012, then it got lost on my bookshelf for a long, long time along with SCARLET. When the release of WINTER was imminent, what better time for a dig through the shelves and a reread? I could barely remember what happened in CINDER, and nothing at all of SCARLET. And I shamefully haven't read CRESS... but this week, I shall rectify that.

CINDER was as awesome as I remembered it from three years ago. I wasn't as big a Sci-Fi lover back then either! Meyer took the tale of Cinderella and turned her into an ass-kicking, snarky cyborg. As the tag says: This is not the fairy tale you remember. But it's one you won't forget. What an appropriate tag at that.

I could ramble on forever about this book, so I'll stop right here. After all, who doesn't love this book?!
